Oooooo, Banana Bread

Ok, so it's not quite yet banana bread






















By this weekend these bananas will be perfect for one of my all time favorites: banana bread, my mom's recipe. You can tell from the card that it's seen a lot of (messy) use.

It's a relatively simple recipe that I've only ever messed up once (the very first time I made it when I was in jr high and somehow, did not stir in the baking soda well enough - little clumps of it were evident in the final product). All I'll need to do is manage to have the energy and motivation to throw it together. Oh, and remember that it's in the oven. Both can be hard when you're preggers.
